Key Responsibilities/Outcomes (include but are not limited to): • Maintains the US Fund for UNICEF Youtube channel and conducts training sessions for photo and video editing and shooting. • Coordinates with UNICEF, other national committees, and outside sources to gather new video productions and b-roll footage, and facilitates these assets’ use by the USF’s staff. • Manages, supervises, and/or performs research, locating, and gathering of production elements, stock footage, and other AV elements, and negotiates permissions, rights, etc. • Communicates with and manages crews, vendors, and post-production staff as assigned. • Manages the technical aspects of the editing process on all productions including encoding, conversion into appropriate tape and file formats, DVD authoring, and media output. • Manages the video library and researches and selects related still photo images for multimedia pieces. • Manages the USF’s relationship with its TV/radio PSA campaign distributor, budgeting, tracking results, and helping to create strategies for optimal PSA campaign distribution. • Oversees the production and design of TV and Radio PSA packaging for USF campaigns, and assists in interfacing with the Ad Council to secure its endorsement for USF campaigns. • Reports on, tracks, and monitors the budget for the Video portion of the Communications and Creative Services Department, and helps create the budget for the upcoming fiscal year. • Supervises the Audio-Visual Production Assistant and performs other duties as assigned..

Traffic Specialists schedule and ensure commercial advertisements air on cable networks per a client's contract. Candidates should be detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
We seek candidates with previous traffic-related (Programming, Ad Sales, Media etc) internships or up to 2 years of related work experience. A passion for TV is a huge plus.

Job Description:
¡Responsible for scheduling all commercials and placing sponsorship billboards on the daily log.
¡Must be certain that all commercials are scheduled in show deemed acceptable by advertisers. ¡Must insure that commercials are scheduled to achieve competitive separation on product and advertiser level; receive equal rotation, and deliver as expected by advertisers.
¡Shape national breaks to hold interest of viewers between programming or videos.
¡Correct all errors found as a result of conflicting deal information and proofing of corrections before issuance of final log for broadcast.
¡Execute the traffic instructions from advertising agencies.
¡Occasionally produce the billboard memo.
¡Learn all aspects of PTS and the analyzer.
¡Cover when a coworker is absent or on vacation.
¡Generate and print all reports used to establish the daily goals and objectives of the position.

Required Qualification/Skills:

¡Bachelor degree
¡Previous work experience required; commercial operations or media sales experience a plus.
¡PC-savvy: Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
¡Experience with Gabriel or other similar traffic systems
¡Must possess the following skills: Problem solving, accuracy, initiative, detail oriented, organizational skills, good communication skills, be able to meet strict deadlines, good math skills, excellent interpersonal skills, able to develop and maintain client relationships, be able to adhere to advertiser restrictions while completing log, resiliency in regards to handling late additions or changes sent by Ad Sales or Programming.
