In 1988 Linda founded The Maslow Media Group to provide the first centralized and reliable resource to help production companies source talent, crews, and even manage the production.

Linda built a culture that focuses on addressing each client’s specific needs, understanding their objectives, delivering to timelines while remaining within budget. The company’s high standards of customer service, quality and ethics are a testament to Linda’s character and vision.

In her spare time, Linda enjoys film, playing the piano, and fawning over her grandchildren.

Nick Tsahalis

President

Nick P. Tsahalis joined MMG in October 2015 bringing extensive experience in staffing, media, and production. Prior to joining the company, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Harvest Garden Pro and Harvest RGI.

Nick began his career in public accounting and his experience spans a variety of industries, including organics & waste recycling, consumer products, and staffing. Nick received his degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business. He lives with his wife and four children in Montgomery County, MD.

Sandhya Dayal joined Maslow Media Group in November 2016, as MMG’s Director of Human Resources.  She is dedicated to providing our employees with an enriching and engaging experience while working at Maslow Media Group. She is building our Talent Acquisition team to attract our best candidates, develop retention and engagement programs, and ensure that we have the most competitive benefits and compensation packages to offer our employees.

Sandhya has had the honor to lead HR efforts in several industries, including the broadcast industry with Turner Broadcasting Systems supporting CNN and HLN the Hospitality industry for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and the Education industry with Rosetta Stone. She loves traveling, experiencing new cultures and is an avid foodie! Sandhya lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, 2 children and a beta fish.

Sonja Zeller, MMG’s Controller, has spent her entire professional life in Accounting and Finance, and recently joined MMG from National
Geographic Channel.  When she’s not crunching numbers, she can be found working in her vegetable and flower gardens or biking and hiking with her 3 children.  In her spare time, she makes sure her 11 hens and 1 rooster are well fed.

Joan has 25+ years of experience working at networks and high-end production facilities in New York City and Washington, DC. She is a multi-talented person with a background in the creative process and project management. She has a deep understanding of the field and post production process and has worn many hats in her career, including: field producer, network news assignment editor, uplink truck coordinator, technical advisor, financial / budget management, and much more.

In her spare time she enjoys lifting weights, enjoys watching her son grow into a hockey superstar, writing poetry, still photographer, and chasing her two cats.

Production Manager

Beth comes with 20+ years of production. With a technical focus, she has worn multiple hats to include field, studio, master control and post. She is always ready to provide guidance and tackle any troubleshooting scenario given. Beth is known as multi tasking expert that can handle an immense workload while remaining calm and upbeat guaranteeing a very pleasant production process from script to screen.

Beth enjoys the outdoors running alongside a four legged friend and a beach bum whenever at all possible.

Nevitt’s background is in TV Production, most notably serving as Senior Production Manager for America’s Most Wanted (an STF Productions Inc. show). He was the go-to person for ENG crews across the country. Prior to AMW, Nevitt was an Assistant Vice President for Cash Management at a major bank in Los Angeles.

Linda has over 10 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration. Additional areas of expertise beyond payroll and benefits includes worker’s compensation, unemployment, federal and state labor and safety compliance, safety programs and training.

In her spare time, Linda enjoys jogging in Baltimore and DC, playing co-ed flag football, shopping, jewelry making and crocheting.

Having spent extensive time in Europe, Vija loves to travel in her free time. She also loves her two cats dearly.

Chauncey D. Manson, III joined MMG in November 2015, bringing over 25 years of high level broadcasting and management experience, providing internal and external corporate content creation and delivery. He graduated from Howard University with a TV and Film degree and has worked in the Washington, DC market his entire broadcasting career. He is now creating win-win business development plans, and building sales and marketing relationships.

He spends his time outside of work with his family in SIlver Spring, MD, his alma mater, and his Fraternity.

Elie Dickler is a recent graduate from the University of Maryland where he studied Marketing and Actuarial Mathematics. He was selected as an Environment, Technology, and Economy Scholar where he learned to run a business in an environmentally sustainable way. Elie prides himself as an environmentalist and social-activist in the DC area. In his spare time, he enjoys watching and performing comedy, photo-blogging, and seeking out the best brunch in DC.
